If that are still not working, go to setup the Shared experience settings. * Click Details option, go to the “Microsoft Account” tab, make sure you are signed in to the same Microsoft account on both your Android device and PC. * On your phone, type “Link to Windows” to search, and select it from result. Finally re-launch the Your Phone app, and it should work well. * On the sub-sequent screen, click on Terminate button to stop all processes related to the app. * Go to Apps, select Your Phone from the list, and click Advanced Options. * Click or tap on the Start button at the left-bottom corner of your desktop, and select the gear icon to open the Settings app. Terminate Your Phone App and then re-open it
